Add up what you hold, see what it covers and what it's worth in SvS.
Open your Backpack, tap the bar-chart icon at the top right, then the Speedup tab. It shows the total time you hold of each type, already added up across the 1-minute, 5-minute and 1-hour items — just copy them in.
General speedups work on any queue. The calculator uses each queue's own speedups first, then hands General ones to whatever is still short, smallest gap first, so as many plans as possible get finished.
During State vs State prep, every minute of construction, research, training or learning speedup you use scores 30 points on day 1 (City Construction), day 2 (Research) and day 5 (Power Boost). General speedups score for whichever queue you use them on. Healing speedups never score, and on day 4 troops score for themselves rather than the minutes spent training them. Holding a big stack for a scoring day is usually worth more than spending it as you go. Hero bonuses such as Valeria's add a percentage on top.
